CANCELLATION POLICY
You will forfeit your deposit if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice. Appointments can be rearranged via the booking site or you may call me to arrange a new date & time. If you cancel within the 24-hour window or fail to show up, a charge of 50% of the service fee will apply & your card on file will be charged. . A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed; however, arriving later than this will lead to the cancellation of your appointment, and you will be charged 50% with the card on file.
